Dr. Nancie Celini is a passionate people person, lifelong advocate for change, personal transformation, and human health. Her career has been focused on incremental organizational change and sustainability to enable future change. Her unique approach leverages the best of everyone involved in change initiatives as a strategist, executive lead and problem solver. In personal life, she helps people become the best version of themselves through yoga, where she has gained unique insights about patients undergoing trauma and illness and human transformation. Her international work has taken her to Thailand, India, Japan, many parts of Europe as well as the United States with her skills deepened from her work with non-profit healthcare, government medical research institutions and a roster of bio/pharmaceutical clients spanning decades of innovative and pioneering work in organizational change.

Rob Caldera: M.S. Technology Mgmt., Certified in Strategic Foresight, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner

Rob provides change leadership consultation, strategic foresight, and organizational change management.

With 25+ years experience with internal change and communications initiatives Rob has led all aspects of change management and communications, having driven corporate initiatives ranging from adoptions of new systems, processes, and policies to organizational restructurings and people development efforts. He has extensive experience facilitating the adoption of new or upgraded technology systems, including a long list of IT projects in the Pharma industry.

He also brings a Futurist’s perspective, using the principles of foresight to enable your organization to better anticipate and navigate disruptive change.

Lori M. Janosko, MBA, CCMP™

Lori Janosko provides strategic consult and communications leadership for large organizational transformation projects and technology implementation

She is a trusted advisor to senior leaders, adept at balancing strategic planning and tactical execution. Lori has spent a majority of her 20+ year career in the pharmaceutical industry, working with various departments and organizations including Operations, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Human Resources. 

Most recently, she held the position of Communications and Change Management Leader for the Global Sourcing and Logistics organization at DuPont, where she developed and executed OCM strategies for the DowDuPont integration and spin.

Joe is a senior corporate communications professional with 30+ years international experience in employee engagement, organizational change management, content development and digital/social media strategy. He specializes in developing and implementing communications programs that educate, influence and motivate stakeholders in line with business goals. Joe effectively builds trust and respect between employees and management, creates pride in the workplace, and helps clients reinforce their brand, culture, and reputation.

Joe’s experience working directly with senior leadership, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations provides him with keen insight into how communications impacts a clients’ success.
