Prosci® began in 1994 as an independent research company to explore organizational change management and business processes and is one of the most widely used methodologies for managing what Prosci® calls "the people side of change." Based on research with more than 3,400 participants, spanning more than two decades, this unique methodology comes from project leaders and organizational change managers reflecting on what worked, what did not and what they would do differently on their next project.
